Why Choose a 2 + 2 Degree Program

Penn State students explain why they chose the two plus two program at their Penn State campus.

Some students choose to remain at one campus for all four years, while other students spend their first two years at one campus and transition to University Park or another campus for their remaining two years.  The vast majority of the University's majors can be completed in this manner.  We call this the 2 + 2 plan, and it is the most common path for a Penn State degree (about 60% of Penn State students opt for this path in a typical year).
