Overview

This non-credit certificate program will cover an introduction to AI, machine learning, and deep learning and their differences; supervised and unsupervised ML; reinforcement learning; back propagation neural network in AI; expert system in AI; ethics and AI; and AI application examples in various industries.

Course Prerequisite

No prior experience in AI or ML is required, but a basic understanding of programming concepts is beneficial. The course is structured to accommodate participants with varying levels of technical expertise, but is primarily designed for beginners with more insights for those with prior knowledge in the field.

Assessment

There will be a one-hour open-book exam with 50 multiple choice questions at the end of the program. A minimum of 37 questions need to be answered correctly to earn the certificate.

Continuing Education Units

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded based on a standard of one unit per ten (10) hours of classroom contact.
