The Faculty Senate of Penn State Scranton serves as the sole legislative body representing the Penn State Scranton faculty as a whole.
The Senate acts as an advisory and consultative body, both through its corporate whole and any of its constituent parts, to the chancellor of the campus and to the University on any matter that may affect the attainment of the educational objectives of the campus.
Regular meetings are held at least three times each fall and spring semester at times and locations to be selected by the Executive Committee.
