- Arrival, registration and lunch 11:15 a.m. to noon
- Presentation of Excellence in Diversity Awards and Introduction of Performance noon to 12:30 p.m. - Each year, two Excellence in Diversity Awards are given during the ceremony: one to a member of the campus community, and another to a local community member or organization who shows a commitment to diversity.
- King's Dream Performance 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
