Biography
Andrew Weinberger is a fifth generation Scrantonian that, for the past 25 years, has specialized in commercial real estate. Andrew’s development portfolio included industrial, office, retail, and specialty medical commercial tenants.
Andrew was appointed Director of the Lackawanna County Planning Commission and Director of the Montage Mountain Ski Resort of Lackawanna County.
Andrew’s business interests have expanded to include retail automotive. He recently added more automotive franchises and now spends most of his time in the automotive sector.
Andrew has held Board positions and including Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Tobyhanna Federal Credit Union, past president of Lackawanna County Humane Society, Vice President of J.C.C., Pennstar Bank, and various other leadership roles.
Andrew enjoys living locally with his wife and sons.
Education
Andrew graduated from Wyoming Seminary, Lower and Upper Schools, earned a B.A. and M.P.H. from Emory University and a M.B.A. from the University of Scranton. He was honored to be an adjunct professor at the University of Scranton.
